When we dispatch

A group deal dispatches after it closes and the balance is paid — not when you reserve. The deal page shows the closing date, and dispatch follows once the order is confirmed.

For a preorder, dispatch follows publication. The deal page states the expected dates and whether the publisher has confirmed them.

Where we deliver, and what it costs

We deliver across India. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown on the deal page and again before you pay — never added at the end.

Where a deal is described as delivered free, that is the delivered price, and the saving shown against the printed price is a delivered saving.

How long it takes

Once dispatched, typically 4 to 7 working days depending on where you are. We give you a tracking reference when the parcel leaves.

Law reports and multi-volume sets are heavy and occasionally move more slowly than the estimate. If a parcel is materially late we would rather tell you than wait for you to ask.

If a parcel does not arrive

Tell us. We will trace it with the carrier and either deliver a replacement or refund you in full. We do not ask a member to pursue a carrier themselves — our contract is with you.
