Each deal shows its own cancellation window on the deal page. Cancel inside that window and the token comes back in full.
The window is shown before you pay, not discovered afterwards, and it does not change once you have reserved.
After the window closes, the reservation counts toward the group's tier and cannot be cancelled — the group has been priced on the assumption that it holds. If something has gone wrong, raise it through support rather than assuming the answer is no; a reservation that cannot be cancelled as of right can still be looked at by a person.
Refunds go back to the method you paid with. We do not offer credit instead unless you ask for it.
